Job Overview :

Cloud Raptor is looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development, microservices, CI/CD, and modern frontend technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS, React.js, TypeScript, and React Native and be comfortable working independently on scalable, high-volume applications.

Experience in the Payments domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, implement, and integrate scalable backend applications and microservices.

- Develop high-quality solutions using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

- Build and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services.

- Work with AWS services such as DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, and Lambda.

- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native.

- Work on high-volume and highly scalable systems.

- Support and enhance existing services and products running in production.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and demonstrate strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate closely with QA, Product, Engineering Managers, and peer teams.

- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Identify and implement functional and technical improvements in new and existing services.

- Work independently with minimal guidance and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

- Contribute proactively to technical discussions, design decisions, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 11+.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and REST APIs.

- Strong experience in microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly:

1. DynamoDB

2. EKS

3. SQS

4. Lambda

- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.js.

- Hands-on experience with React Native is mandatory.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with CI/CD practices and pipelines.
