We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer to lead Level 3 engineering support for enterprise Windows and macOS environments, providing expert guidance and technical leadership for complex incidents, endpoint engineering, lifecycle optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the technical lead and highest level of escalation for complex Windows and macOS endpoint issues.

- Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and resolution of major incidents impacting enterprise endpoint services.

- Own and drive problem management initiatives by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term corrective actions.

- Lead the planning and execution of Windows and macOS operating system upgrades, patching strategies, device refresh, and lifecycle management activities.

- Design, maintain, and optimize endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, scripting, and API integrations to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.

- Provide technical leadership for endpoint engineering projects, platform enhancements, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges.
