Requirements & Skills :

- Minimum 7 - 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, hosting, IT services, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution design.

- Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), on-premises infrastructure, VPS, dedicated servers, and managed hosting services.

- Experience designing hosting solutions for web applications, software development projects, e-commerce platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of modern technologies, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, cloud migration, and application modernisation.

- Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Google Workspace, business email hosting, email migrations, and email security.

- Knowledge of cloud architecture, server sizing, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, monitoring, and cost optimisation.

- Ability to independently engage with clients, gather requirements, handle technical discussions, and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

- Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture diagrams, infrastructure cost estimates, implementation plans, and RFP/RFI responses.

- Ability to collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to qualify leads, present solutions, address client concerns, and support sales conversion.

- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK, USA, and Australia, is highly desirable.

- Previous experience in a software development company, managed service provider (MSP), hosting company, or IT services organisation is preferred.

- Excellent English communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple client queries and sales opportunities independently.

- Relevant AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps, or Microsoft 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
