Job Role : Solutions Architect 6+ Years B.Tech Graduates & above

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise application systems ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, frameworks, and governance processes.

- Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to improve system efficiency and business outcomes.

- Drive architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Guide development teams on architecture implementation, coding standards, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.

- Mentor junior architects and developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends, cloud innovations, and enterprise architecture practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, design patterns, frameworks, and architectural methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and API Design.

- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

- Knowledge of Data Architecture and Database Design.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

- Experience leading architecture transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration technologies is an added advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Masters degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in software development and solution/application architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.

- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or architecture frameworks will be an added advantage.
