The Senior Cloud Engineer (L3) is responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and securing scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves driving cloud modernization initiatives, enforcing security best practices, optimizing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable and automated cloud environments.

Key Requirements :

- 8+ years of cloud engineering experience, including 5+ years on GCP.

- Strong expertise in GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, IAM, VPC, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Python, Bash).

- Deep knowledge of cloud security, networking, IAM, encryption, and compliance.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with tools such as Cloud Monitoring (Stackdriver), Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Preferred Qualifications :

- GCP Professional certifications.

- Experience with AWS/Azure, hybrid cloud environments, and SRE practices.

- Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, service mesh (Istio), API gateways, and advanced networking.
