Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

- Manage and support enterprise data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Administer and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware, vSphere, ESXi, or Hyper-V.

- Handle identity and access management systems including Active Directory, IAM, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Oversee and maintain both Linux and Windows server environments.

- Configure and manage enterprise networking components such as DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure reliability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Strong exposure to at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Proven experience working with enterprise data center operations.

- Expertise in virtualization technologies including VMware, vSphere, ESXi, or Hyper-V.

- Solid understanding of identity management systems like Active Directory, IAM, and SSO.

- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.

- Experience administering Linux and Windows servers.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
