We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and operation of cloud-native platforms and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and technical leadership, with the ability to mentor engineering teams and deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

- Lead cloud engineering initiatives, platform development, and cloud-native application deployment.

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate application delivery and infrastructure provisioning.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and architecture teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering teams while promoting engineering best practices.

- Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting.

- Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.

- Ensure adherence to cloud security standards, governance, and operational best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and delivery.

Required Skills:

- 6-12 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or cloud operations, with at least 2-3 years of technical leadership experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

- Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines.

- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is an advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education (Mandatory):

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. MCA, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
