Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer - ECM with strong expertise in Documentum, Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, upgrading, and supporting enterprise content management solutions in cloud-native environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Documentum applications, containerization technologies, CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ECM solutions while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Cloud & ECM Engineering :

- Design, deploy, and manage Documentum-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Implement and support Documentum applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and upgrade initiatives for Documentum environments.

- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, availability, and performance in cloud environments.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.

2. DevOps & Automation :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).

- Automate deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management processes.

- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

- Implement automated testing, deployment validation, and release management processes.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency.

3. Containerization & Microservices :

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Utilize Helm charts for application packaging and deployment.

- Support microservices-based architectures and cloud-native application development.

- Optimize Kubernetes workloads for performance, security, and operational excellence.

4. Monitoring & Security :

- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Azure Log Analytics.

- Ensure security best practices across cloud infrastructure and application environments.

- Support compliance and governance requirements, particularly within regulated industries.

- Conduct performance tuning, vulnerability remediation, and security assessments.

5. Collaboration & Leadership :

- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technology evaluations.

- Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and cloud governance.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development.

- Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

1. ECM & Documentum :

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum platform.

- Experience deploying and managing Documentum applications on AKS.

- Solid understanding of Documentum Core Fundamentals.

- Experience performing Documentum upgrades, migrations, and cloud modernization initiatives.

- Strong understanding of ECM architecture and enterprise content lifecycle management.

2. Microsoft Azure :

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Services, and Azure Monitoring & Log Analytics.

3. DevOps & Automation :

- Expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline development.

- Strong experience with Ansible automation.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and deployment automation.

- Experience implementing automated testing and release pipelines.

4. Containerization & Cloud Native :

- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Microservices Architecture, Container Orchestration, and Cloud-Native Design Patterns.

5. Monitoring & Observability :

- AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Azure Log Analytics.

Preferred Skills :

- Azure IoT ecosystem exposure.

- CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) Certification.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to Oil & Gas industry compliance and security requirements.

- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives.

Business & Domain Knowledge :

- Understanding of Concurrent Engineering processes.

- Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) processes.

- Ability to quickly understand business workflows, data models, and operational processes.

- Experience translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

- Understanding of ECM governance, document lifecycle, and content management processes.
