Requirements :

- Strong experience in Kubernetes (or equivalent, Robin).

- Knowledge of Shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging deployed apps.

- Core focus : cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Databases : MongoDB, MySQL; CloudWatch logs, CPU/memory monitoring.

- Kafka experience required (primary messaging/distributed system service).

- Ruby on Rails : must build from scratch, not just enhance.

- Experience with Gem monkey patching and Ruby/Rails version upgrades.

- Deep understanding of underlying gem code needed for complex upgrades.

- Security : basic auth, bearer/access tokens, secure coding, Snyk vulnerability patching.

- Python experience : strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to reduce manual overhead and improve deployment consistency.

- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost structures by monitoring performance metrics and implementing rightsizing strategies for client projects.

- Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and data protection protocols into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring all cloud deployments meet industry security standards.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements for global clients.
