Job Description :

We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud technologies, DevOps automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and monitoring. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing cloud infrastructure, deploying containerized applications, automating operational processes, and supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure and services.

- Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and RDS using Infrastructure as Code.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and AWX.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace and proactively identify potential issues.

- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.

- Manage secrets, credentials, and sensitive configuration using HashiCorp Vault.

- Support ServiceNow workflows, orchestration, forms, and automation as required.

- Manage artifacts and software packages using JFrog Artifactory.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and automation issues and drive timely resolution.

- Support production operations, incidents, downtime, and service restoration activities.

- Implement automation and operational improvements to improve reliability and efficiency.

- Maintain infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and technical documentation.

- Work closely with development, operations, and other technical teams to ensure smooth application deployments and infrastructure operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Cloud DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud technologies and cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and RDS.

- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Hands-on experience with Ansible and AWX.

- Experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.

- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.

- Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with HashiCorp Vault.

- Working knowledge of JFrog Artifactory.

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows and automation is preferred.

- Exposure to IBM Cloud or private/dedicated cloud environments is an advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively under pressure.

- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.
