Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Delivery Leader who has progressed through technical roles into a leadership position and possesses a strong combination of Cloud Transformation, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, Cloud Optimization, FinOps, and Customer Management experience.

The candidate should have a proven track record of managing large cloud delivery teams, leading complex cloud transformation and migration programs, and managing enterprise customers, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong enough to engage with architects and engineering teams while also possessing the leadership and commercial acumen required to manage delivery, customers, financials, governance, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Should have grown from technical ranks.

- Managed a team of at least 20-30 in cloud/DC technologies.

- Should have managed customers in financial or banking environment.

- Must have: Cloud Migration, IAC, Optimisation, FinOps, DevOps.

- Must have leadership and FinOps/banking experience.

- Any cloud certification is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate end-to-end cloud migration programs, managing the transition from on-premise data centers to public cloud platforms to enhance system reliability and performance.

- Direct the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to standardize environment provisioning and reduce manual configuration errors across the enterprise.

- Architect robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows that empower development teams to deploy code with greater frequency and stability.

- Mentor and lead diverse technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence in cloud-native development and PHP-based application modernization.

- Partner with executive stakeholders to define cloud roadmaps, ensuring that technical delivery aligns with long-term business objectives and financial targets
