Job Description :

We are looking for a senior automotive technology leader to drive end-to-end delivery of cloud-based automotive software products and engineering programs. The role will own program execution, product engineering initiatives, cross-functional technology teams, and cloud deployments while working closely with global automotive OEM clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of cloud-based automotive software products and platforms from planning through deployment and production.

- Lead large, complex automotive software programs involving product engineering, cloud, embedded, and platform teams.

- Drive program strategy, execution plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and overall delivery governance.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across software development, cloud, embedded, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity, and product functions.

- Drive cloud deployment and modernization initiatives for automotive products and connected-vehicle platforms.

- Work closely with automotive OEM clients to understand business and technology requirements and ensure successful product delivery.

- Translate product and customer requirements into executable engineering programs and delivery roadmaps.

- Drive product engineering initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and continuous improvement.

- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across OEM customers, engineering leadership, product management, and technology teams.

- Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery challenges.

- Establish engineering and program governance, delivery metrics, reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

- Drive collaboration between product, engineering, architecture, cloud, and business teams to achieve program objectives.

- Support technology strategy, roadmap planning, and adoption of emerging cloud and automotive technologies.

- Mentor engineering and program leaders and build high-performing cross-functional teams.

Required Skills :

- 18 - 28 years of experience in automotive software, product engineering, technology delivery, or program leadership.

- Strong experience leading automotive software product engineering programs at a senior leadership level.

- Proven experience in cloud-based automotive platforms, products, or connected-vehicle solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and large-scale cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms.

- Experience managing large cross-functional engineering and technology teams.

- Proven program ownership beyond traditional project/program management, with strong product engineering and technology leadership exposure.

- Experience working directly with automotive OEMs and senior customer stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of software product development, SDLC, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering.

- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple engineering disciplines, geographies, and stakeholders.

- Strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, risk management, financial planning, and executive communication.

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Automotive domain experience in connected vehicles, automotive cloud platforms, telematics, mobility, or vehicle software is strongly preferred.
