Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, deployment, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure supporting large-scale, mission-critical applications.

- Build and optimize scalable SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, availability, and resilience.

- Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, logging, rollback, and disaster recovery.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives through resource allocation, scaling policies, and infrastructure tuning.

- Lead compliance and VAPT assessments, ensuring regulatory adherence.

- Oversee network and system performance optimization, including ISP routing, multicast, and uplink bottlenecks.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing cloud/infra team, providing technical leadership and escalation support.

- Collaborate with product, trading, and compliance teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.

Requirements :

- Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, EC2 VPC, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, etc. )

- DevOps and Automation: Python, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring/Alerting systems.

- Monitoring and Logging: ELK stack, Kafka, Redis, Grafana.

- Networking and Virtualization: Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Load Balancers, DR setup.

- Compliance and Security: ISO Audits, VAPT, ISMS, DR drills, high-availability planning.

- Leadership and Management: Team leadership, project management, stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Profile :

- Experience: 15-20 years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Domain Knowledge: Experience in broking, financial services, or high-volume trading platforms is strongly preferred.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious approach, ability to work under pressure, and

cross-functional collaboration.
