Cloud Architect - Azure

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall experience in software architecture and development.

- Proven Azure Architecture experience in enterprise environments.

Deep hands-on experience with Azure services such as :

- Azure Functions, CosmosDB, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Event Grid

- Azure Batch, Azure App Services, Application Insights

Strong programming experience in :

- C#, .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, REST APIs

- Blazor (preferred) or React/Angular front-end frameworks

Solid understanding and implementation of :

- Architecture Design Principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture)

- Design Patterns

- Ability to perform KDD/Design and convert them to user stories in Azure DevOps

- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps in Azure using GitHub

Expertise in cloud-based and hybrid database systems :

- CosmosDB, SQL Server, Oracle

- Strong experience in Agile delivery models

- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

- Experience with Bicep is a plus (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure Azure cloud solutions.

- Lead end-to-end architecture definition and delivery for modern enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into architectural designs and technical specifications.

- Oversee DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD implementation with GitHub & Azure DevOps.

- Guide and mentor development teams on best practices in cloud-native development, .NET technologies, and secure architecture.

- Perform design reviews, identify technical risks, and ensure code quality and compliance with security and performance standards.

- Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for optimization and scalability.

Good to Have :

- Bicep scripting experience for IaC.

- Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, AKS).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with senior leadership and business teams.
