Role Overview :

As a Cloud Architect, you will serve as the technical lead for complex cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient cloud architectures. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the design and implementation of multi-cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Google Cloud Platform to meet evolving business demands.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and CloudFormation to ensure consistency and speed across environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to enhance deployment efficiency and system scalability.

- Implement robust monitoring and observability frameworks using Datadog and Grafana to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to streamline software delivery and improve operational reliability.

- Write and optimize automation scripts in Python and Shell to reduce manual overhead and improve system maintenance processes.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of best practices in cloud engineering and infrastructure-as-code.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex cloud architectures within AWS and Google Cloud Platform environments, backed by 9 - 18 years of relevant professional experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools including Terraform and CloudFormation, with a proven ability to manage large-scale deployments.

- Strong hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring seamless application lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to build and maintain DevOps practices, utilizing Python and Shell Scripting to automate routine infrastructure tasks.

- Exceptional analytical skills to configure and manage monitoring solutions such as Datadog and Grafana, ensuring high system visibility and uptime.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment across our Chennai and Bangalore offices, maintaining high levels of collaboration and productivity.
