Role Summary:

Infra Cloud Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the AIOps Automation Programme. The role will define the target-state architecture, integration patterns, security controls, and technical design across all five AI use cases, including intelligent routing, event correlation, self-heal automation, agentic RCA, and automated data-quality rule generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the target-state cloud architecture and reference design for the AIOps platform across UC1 to UC4.

- Design the agentic RCA architecture covering logs, metrics, traces, vector matching, knowledge base integration, and confidence-based remediation.

- Architect self-heal automation workflows with retry, rollback, transactional execution, and immutable audit logging.

- Establish security, compliance, identity, and least-privilege access controls.

- Define non-functional requirements including scalability, availability, performance, cost, and deployment topology.

- Partner with data and infrastructure teams on event correlation, suppression logic, and actionability thresholds.

- Perform architecture reviews, stage-gate approvals, and technical design sign-offs.

- Guide platform, data, infrastructure, and DevOps engineers on architecture standards and design decisions.

- Maintain architecture decision records and support handover of design assets and run-books during hyper-care.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in cloud and solution architecture for integration, event-driven platforms.

- Deep Azure expertise across compute, integration, identity, observability, ICM, DevOps and automation patterns.

- Knowledge of ITSM or incident-management platforms such as ICM.

- Strong understanding of AIOps, event correlation, self-healing operations, and automation design.

- Good understanding of Azure security, identity and compliance.

- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and communicate complex architecture to technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience delivering enterprise-scale AIOps, automation, or self-healing operations programmes.

- Experience designing platforms that support measurable MTTR and manual-effort reduction outcomes.

- Experience in Platform operations and steady state architype.
