We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Clinical Data Management to join our team in Bangalore on a hybrid work model.

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid understanding of clinical trial data processes and regulatory requirements who can join immediately and contribute effectively from day one.

Responsibilities :

- As a Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for the collection, cleaning, validation, and management of clinical trial data using EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems and Clinical Data Management platforms.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all clinical data as per ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry best practices. Exposure to RBQM methodologies and CDISC standards is highly desirable.

Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting platforms such as Qlik, JReview, or Spotfire.

- Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms is a plus.

- A Bachelors degree in a life science or health-related field is preferred, along with CCDM certification.

- Your ability to manage timelines, ensure data quality, and support audits and inspections will be critical to success in this role.
