- Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including SQL databases, BigQuery, Excel, Power BI, and Python. Good SQL coding skills are a must.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

- Leading and managing a team of business analysts.

- Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in dynamic environment

- Must be a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovering techniques and proven Abilities to translate the underlying business needs into actionable insights

- Works well under pressure, can work within stringent timelines and collaborate with teams to achieve results

Desired Profile :

- Should have relevant experience of 4-6 years in the field of analytics

- Technical Capabilities (hands on) - SQL, Advance Excel, Power BI, BigQuery, R/Python (Good to have)

- Possess strong analytical skills and sharepoint of views with the organization

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistent to work with data to generate insights

- Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed client deliverables

- Experience in App Analytics would be preferred

- Experience with E-commerce, Retail business would be preferred
