Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager Automation (Python) to design, implement, and manage automation solutions that improve efficiency across business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Python and a good understanding of process automation in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automation scripts using Python for various operational and business tasks.

- Automate data extraction, transformation, and report generation across Excel, Outlook, PDFs, Web Portals, and Databases.

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and automate repetitive manual processes.

- Integrate APIs for data retrieval and system connectivity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.

- Maintain documentation of processes, scripts, and technical configurations.

- Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation tools to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and company IT policies.

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of :

1. Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL, xlrd/xlwt for Excel automation

2. Selenium or BeautifulSoup for Web Scraping

3. Requests or HTTP libraries for API integration

4. PyPDF2 or PDFPlumber for PDF parsing

- Knowledge of VBA/Macros for Excel-based legacy automations (added advantage).

- Hands-on with Windows Task Scheduler or Cron Jobs for scheduling scripts.

- Basic understanding of SQL and database integration.

- Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
