Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Network Operations Engineer with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise and data-center networking. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching, troubleshooting, data-center technologies, routing protocols, VPNs, and network support operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, Nexus switches, and Layer 3 Catalyst switches.

- Provide hands-on support for Cisco ASR and ISR routers.

- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus 9000 switches in data-center environments.

- Work with Fabric Extender (FEX), Virtual Port Channel (vPC), and VXLAN technologies.

- Support and troubleshoot data-center routing and switching infrastructure.

- Configure and troubleshoot BGP, including ASN, route reflectors, route policies, communities, attributes, and Policy-Based Routing (PBR).

- Troubleshoot EIGRP, including metrics, topology, load balancing, and route redistribution between different routing protocols.

- Configure and troubleshoot GRE and IPsec VPNs, including IKEv2.

- Manage and troubleshoot NAT, route maps, ACLs, and prefix lists.

- Apply strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network routing protocols to resolve complex network issues.

- Perform remote troubleshooting and coordinate with geographically distributed technical teams.

- Analyze network incidents, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.

- Handle incidents, incident tasks, and service requests received through team support channels.

- Maintain availability throughout assigned shifts and participate in real-time support communication.

- Manage multiple concurrent incidents and priorities while maintaining service quality.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and stakeholders in English.

- Participate in 24x7 network operations and support, including rotational shifts.
