Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building, automating, and securing cloud-native platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will be responsible for managing Kubernetes clusters, implementing security controls, developing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure using Terraform, managing secrets, and ensuring compliance through policy-as-code. The role requires close collaboration with Development, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Kubernetes & Cloud Platform :

- Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and Google GKE.

- Perform Kubernetes upgrades, patching, scaling, and troubleshooting.

- Configure Kubernetes security using :

1. RBAC

2. Network Policies

3. Admission Controllers

4. Pod Security Standards

- Manage namespaces, ingress controllers, storage classes, autoscaling, and cluster networking.

- Monitor cluster health and optimize resource utilization.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using :

1. GitHub Actions

2. Azure DevOps Pipelines

3. Tekton

- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.

- Implement Git best practices including :

1. Branch protection

2. Signed commits

3. Pull Request workflows

4. Release strategies

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Provision cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Maintain reusable Terraform modules.

- Automate infrastructure deployments.

Automation & Scripting :

- Develop automation scripts using :

1. Python

2. Bash

- Automate operational tasks, monitoring, and API integrations.

- Improve deployment efficiency through scripting.

Container & Platform Security :

- Implement container security best practices.

- Work with OCI image concepts :

1. Image Layers

2. Digest vs Tags

3. Rootless Containers

4. seccomp

5. AppArmor

- Perform image scanning and vulnerability remediation.

- Maintain secure container repositories.

Policy as Code & Governance :

- Develop and maintain policies using :

1. OPA

2. Rego

- Enforce Kubernetes governance and compliance.

- Implement policy validation in CI/CD pipelines.

Secrets & Repository Management :

- Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault.

- Configure secure authentication for applications.

- Administer :

1. Harbor

2. JFrog Artifactory

3. Prisma Cloud

Documentation :

- Prepare :

1. Runbooks

2. Standard Operating Procedures

3. Deployment Guides

4. Architecture Documentation

5. Incident RCA documents

Collaboration :

- Work closely with :

1. Developers

2. Cloud Engineers

3. Security Teams

4. Platform Teams

- Participate in architecture discussions.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

- Terraform Associate Certification.

- Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux).

- Experience in multi-cloud environments.

- DevSecOps implementation experience.
