CIMET - Solution Architect - Microservices Architecture

We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in No-Code/Low-Code platforms and Microservices Architecture to design and implement scalable, flexible, and resilient SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in architecting a generic and configurable SaaS platform that enables rapid application development while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Define and implement the solution architecture for a highly scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform.

- Design microservices-based architectures that integrate seamlessly with No-Code/Low-Code development environments.

- Establish best practices for API-first design, event-driven architecture, and modularity.

- Drive adoption of cloud-native and serverless solutions where applicable.

No-Code/Low-Code Platform Development :

- Evaluate, select, and implement No-Code/Low-Code platforms to accelerate application development.

- Define integration strategies between custom microservices and No-Code/Low-Code workflows.

- Ensure configurability and extensibility to support multiple use cases across industries.

- Optimize performance, security, and governance within No-Code/Low-Code implementations.

Scalability, Performance & Security :

- Design the architecture to be highly scalable and fault-tolerant, ensuring 99.9% uptime.

- Implement observability and monitoring best practices using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and other relevant security standards.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with engineering, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Drive technology selection and standardization across the SaaS platform.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

- Keep up-to-date with emerging No-Code/Low-Code and cloud-native technologies.

- Drive innovation in areas like AI-driven automation, composable applications, and event-driven architectures.

- Identify opportunities for improving developer productivity and reducing time-to-market.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3+ years in designing No-Code/Low-Code platforms.

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).

- Proficiency in designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures and securing cloud applications.

- Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Bubble, or similar.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and integration patterns.

- Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI-driven automation in No-Code/Low-Code platforms.

- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and CQRS patterns.

- Experience in developing white-label solutions for B2B/B2C SaaS platforms.

- Experience in creating Content Management Systems (CMS) with self-service capabilities.

- Familiarity with FinOps and cost optimization strategies in cloud-based SaaS environments.

- Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar.
