Position Summary :
As an Incident Manager in Chubb's Technology Operating Center (TOC), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT incidents. This is a hands-on command role requiring you to lead bridge calls, drive resolution, and communicate with stakeholders.
What You Will Do :
- Own and chair major incident bridge calls, driving technical teams toward resolution.
- Apply structured incident command : establish roles, maintain situational awareness, and escalate decisively.
- Identify, prioritize, and classify incidents (P1/P2) in ServiceNow.
- Coordinate across infrastructure, application, network, and cloud teams.
- Draft incident notifications and provide executive-level summaries.
- Lead post-incident reviews (PIRs) and drive root cause analysis.
- Coach junior team members on incident management practices.
What We Are Looking For :
- 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure support with incident/problem management experience.
- Proven track record commanding P1/major incident bridge calls.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills :
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and notification tooling (PagerDuty, OpsGenie).
- Background in financial services or regulated industries.
