We are now building a new business line focused on Compliance Solutions for Wealth Tech (AMCs, PMS, AIFs) and the larger BFSI industry. At ChiStats, were building the data foundation that powers the next generation of commercial insurance experiences. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, who can bridge the gap between intricate financial regulations and robust, secure AI products.

Chistats is revolutionizing the compliance landscape within the finance industry. Our flagship platform, ComplianceAssist, transforms the "chaos" of constant regulatory changes into a systematic, automated workflow for Mutual Funds and Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

Products You'll Be Building :

You will own the technical lifecycle of high-stakes solutions from conception to production :

- Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) : Build a "Reasoning Trace" feature and visualization tool that makes enable compliance officers to map every AI alert back to the specific clause in a SEBI circular.

- The Audit Trail : Engineer immutable logging mechanisms to track every human-AI interaction and document "AI overrides" for regulatory scrutiny.

- Security-First Backend : Architect secure data handling (encryption at rest/transit, PII masking) within Python (FastAPI) to meet the global financial security standards.

- AI Summary Engines : Build high-precision RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ingest AMFI/SEBI notifications with zero tolerance for hallucinations and factual inaccuracies.

- Responsive UI : Design and ship user-friendly dashboards using React, TypeScript, and Next.js frameworks.

Must have Skillset :

- AI Orchestration Expertise : Extensive experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Full Stack Mastery : Advanced-level expertise with Python and React. You should be equally comfortable designing a database schema as you are tweaking a UI component.

- Security Mindset : A "security-first" approach to problem-solving. Understand the severity of dealing with financial data and the requirement of implementing SOC2/ISO standards.

- Interest in Regtech : Familiarity with the Mutual Fund (MF) industry is a major advantage. You should be genuinely curious about how tech can simplify regulation.

- Infrastructure : Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying to secure AWS/GCP environments.
