As the Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's technological vision, overseeing the entire IT landscape to ensure operational excellence and scalability. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align technical capabilities with business growth objectives while managing high-stakes relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a resilient, high-availability environment that supports the firm's commitment to data integrity and superior service delivery for its clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and high-performance standards for all financial platforms.

- Oversee comprehensive Data Center operations, implementing rigorous security protocols and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard sensitive financial data.

- Manage large-scale Managed Services engagements, ensuring external partners meet strict service level agreements and contribute to the firm's operational efficiency.

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology upgrades to support the firm's long-term digital transformation roadmap.

- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery and infrastructure maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, with a deep understanding of hardware, networking, and cloud integration.

- Proven ability to manage complex Data Center environments, including capacity planning, power management, and physical security compliance.

- Extensive experience in vendor management and the oversight of Managed Services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership presence, capable of driving organizational change and managing large, cross-functional technical teams in a high-pressure environment.

- A minimum of 23 to 30 years of professional experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the financial services or high-transaction sectors.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity at our Gurgaon headquarters, fostering direct collaboration with the leadership team.
