Role Overview :

As a Co-Founder and CTO, you will serve as the primary architect of our technological vision, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. You will work closely with the founding team to translate business objectives into high-performance technical roadmaps while managing the underlying infrastructure.

This role is pivotal in shaping our engineering culture, ensuring that our AI/ML models and cloud environments remain scalable, secure, and aligned with the evolving needs of our global user base. The Role is Equity Investment Role, Compensation will be Post Funding Round Kicks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable cloud architectures that support high-availability applications and complex data pipelines.

- Lead the development and integration of AI/ML models to enhance product functionality and provide predictive value to our clients.

- Establish rigorous engineering standards and code quality protocols to ensure long-term system maintainability and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with market demands, ensuring the product remains competitive and innovative.

- Oversee the selection and management of the technology stack, optimizing for cost-efficiency, security, and rapid development cycles.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python for developing backend services, data processing scripts, and machine learning model integration.

- Proven ability to architect and manage cloud-native environments, ensuring seamless deployment and automated scaling.

- Strong proficiency in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.

- Strong leadership capabilities to mentor engineering talent and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

- Ability to thrive in a remote-first setting, maintaining high levels of productivity and cross-functional alignment across distributed teams.

- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, complemented by a track record of building and scaling technical products.
