Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the technological evolution of a leading NBFC based in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect of our digital roadmap, bridging the gap between complex financial services and cutting-edge technology. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and cross-functional department heads to translate business goals into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the long-term financial objectives of the organization to ensure sustainable growth.

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the integration of advanced fintech solutions and automated workflows, to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- Oversee the design and maintenance of robust, secure IT infrastructure and cloud environments to guarantee 99.9% uptime and data integrity for all financial transactions.

- Manage and mentor high-performing engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.

- Implement rigorous cybersecurity frameworks and compliance protocols to protect sensitive financial data and meet regulatory requirements set by financial authorities.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to provide actionable business insights and improve credit underwriting processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology functions within the financial services or NBFC sector, with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformations.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.

- Deep expertise in modernizing legacy IT infrastructure, cloud migration strategies, and implementing scalable enterprise-grade software architectures.

- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to build, scale, and retain top-tier engineering talent in a competitive market.

- A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure the necessary blend of technical and business acumen.
