Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT/ECE), M.Tech., or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Experience : 12+ years in technology and engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years in software development with end-to-end product implementation experience, preferably in a product-driven organization or high-growth startup.

- 3-5 years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams (25+ members).

- Strong expertise in Python backend frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI), React/React Native, and mobile development (Android/iOS).

- Proven experience in designing and scaling modular monolith, service-oriented architectures (SOA) and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

- Deep knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, or equivalent).

- Experience with Data Engineering and BI/Analytics tools such as Apache Kafka, Airflow, Airbyte and Metabase/Superset and datawarehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)

- Experience in a well-scaled, fast-paced startup environment preferably in Ecommerce is a strong plus.
