About Role :

Were looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who shares our vision of building world- class ADAS products from India, for the world.

This role is for a leader who has built real products someone who can guide technology strategy while being close to the hardware, software, and the people who make it all work.

Youll be shaping the technology roadmap, driving engineering excellence, and building a team that can deliver globally competitive ADAS systems for both OEM and aftermarket markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute Starkenns ADAS technology roadmap, focused on India-first deployment and global scalability.

- Lead product development across hardware, software, AI/ML, and system integration.

- Drive innovation in sensor fusion, perception systems, driver monitoring, and vehicle safety platforms.

- Build and mentor a strong engineering and R&D team capable of taking ideas from concept to SOP.

- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1s, and research partners to industrialize solutions.

- Oversee system safety, reliability, and compliance (ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA).

- Represent Starkenn in global forums, partnerships, and technology alliances.

What You Bring :

- 15+ years in automotive electronics, ADAS, or autonomous systems.

- Deep technical understanding of embedded systems, sensor fusion, and perception algorithms.

- Experience working with camera, radar, or LiDAR systems and AI/ML pipelines.

- Hands-on familiarity with AUTOSAR, ROS, C/C++, Python, and hardware platforms (NVIDIA, Qualcomm, TI, Renesas etc.).

- Proven track record of taking products from prototype to production.

- Strong leadership, communication, and ability to inspire a cross-functional team.
