Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Technology Architect with deep expertise in J2EE and AngularJS technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

This role involves defining the technology strategy, setting architectural standards, and driving innovation across development teams to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and establish the overall architecture and technology strategy for enterprise solutions leveraging J2EE and AngularJS frameworks.

- Lead and mentor development teams in implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications following best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development efficiency and product quality.

- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with architectural principles and standards.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and usability across front-end and back-end components.

- Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.

- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.

- Facilitate architectural reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in J2EE (Java EE) and AngularJS frameworks.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.

- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native application development.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of databases, ORM frameworks, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
