Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with 13-18 years of leadership experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or AI-driven technology businesses. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling businesses from approximately $10M to over $20M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This role requires a unique blend of deep technical credibility, strategic vision, and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for leading the entire technology function, turning product and engineering into direct drivers of business growth and representing the company's technical vision globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology & Product Strategy :

- Architect and drive the company's technical strategy to align with and accelerate business

goals.

- Bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that product and engineering teams are direct drivers of growth and value creation.

- Maintain strong technical credibility by staying hands-on with strategic decisions related to technology stacks, including Java, Go, Python, cloud-native architectures, NoSQL, Kafka, and Redis.

Scaling & Performance :

- Ensure the technology stack is robust, scalable, and resilient to support rapid growth and expanding user bases.

Leadership & Team Management :

- Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class technology team capable of executing on the company's vision.

- Represent the company globally, influencing stakeholders and communicating the technology roadmap to customers, partners, and investors.

Business & Commercial Acumen :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or AI-driven technology businesses.

- Proven success in scaling businesses, specifically from ~$10M to $20M+ ARR.

Technical Expertise :

- Deep experience managing high-scale, high-volume systems with billions of data interactions.

- Proficiency with technologies like NoSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
