- Digital Transformation : Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance teaching, learning, administration, and overall user experience.

- Cybersecurity - Data Privacy : Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and IT risk management practices.

- IT Operations : Ensure reliability, scalability, availability, and smooth functioning of all critical IT systems and services.

- Technology Budgeting : Manage IT budgets, investments, vendors, and technology procurement with a focus on cost efficiency.

- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead the IT team while establishing clear processes, SLAs, and performance standards.

- Stakeholder Management : Partner with senior leadership, academic teams, administration, and other stakeholders to understand technology requirements.
