Role Overview :

As the Chief Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary and strategic leader responsible for defining the overarching technology roadmap for our enterprise ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and engineering execution, collaborating closely with the CTO, product leadership, and engineering heads to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.

Your day-to-day involves navigating high-stakes technical decisions, mentoring senior engineering teams, and ensuring that our infrastructure remains resilient in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

By driving architectural excellence, you will directly influence the companys ability to innovate, scale globally, and deliver seamless experiences to our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and govern the enterprise-wide technology strategy to ensure alignment between long-term business objectives and technical infrastructure.

- Design robust, cloud-native microservices architectures that support high-concurrency and fault-tolerant operations for our global customer base.

- Lead the modernization of legacy systems into agile, distributed architectures to improve developer velocity and system reliability.

- Establish rigorous security and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive assets and ensure compliance across all application layers.

- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices that accelerate time-to-market.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and optimize our IT investment portfolio.

- Mentor senior technical staff and foster a culture of architectural rigor, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and complex cloud-native applications, with a proven track record of managing multi-cloud or hybrid environments.

- Deep proficiency in TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks to structure enterprise IT initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.

- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members, to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.

- Proven experience in architecting for security, performance, and scalability, ensuring that systems are resilient against evolving threats and traffic demands.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in technical leadership roles, ideally within high-scale product companies or top-tier consulting firms.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in computational theory and system design.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on technical guidance as needed.
