We deeply understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and partner closely with Product and Design to create experiences that are intuitive, performant, and thoughtfully designed. Strong design principles, simplicity, and usability guide our engineering decisions as much as scalability and reliability.

What youll be doing :

- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to shape mobile strategy, define requirements, and deliver high-impact B2C features.

- Own the mobile engineering roadmap, ensuring synchronized delivery across Android and iOS platforms so features reach users simultaneously.

- Lead the architecture and design of modular, scalable, and reusable mobile components across platforms.

- Drive high-quality delivery of Android and iOS applications integrated with cloud-based backend services.

- Build, lead, and grow high-performing mobile engineering teams through hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.

- Balance hands-on technical leadership with people leadershipreviewing designs, guiding complex implementations, and unblocking teams.

- Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, smooth releases, and production stability.

- Champion engineering excellence by enforcing best practices around code quality, testing, performance, reliability, and security.

- Apply modern mobile security principles to protect user data, transactions, and platform integrity.

- Continuously improve developer productivity, system scalability, and user experience across the mobile ecosystem.

What youll need :

- 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with multiple consumer apps shipped to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store

- Proven experience leading and scaling mobile engineering teams (typically 510+ engineers).

- Strong expertise in : Android : Kotlin or iOS : Swift,

- Architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, MVC

- Experience building B2C mobile products that rely heavily on cloud services, APIs, and real-time data/content delivery.

- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, reliability, and security best practices.

- Experience working in fast-paced product environments with close collaboration across Product and Design.
