Role Overview

As a Solutioning Lead, you will be responsible for designing scalable, effective, and innovative AI chatbot and voicebot solutions for enterprise clients. This role is a critical bridge between sales, product, and engineering translating client requirements into tailored, technically sound solutions that align with business objectives and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Requirement Analysis : Translate complex business needs into structured conversational and automation workflows.

- Solution Design : Architect end-to-end chatbot and voicebot solutions using Chat360s platform and GenAI capabilities.

- Integration Planning : Define system integration requirements across CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot), WhatsApp API, and third-party platforms.

- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and timelines.

- Customization Strategy : Recommend custom modules, AI models, or logic enhancements when needed.

- Sales & Presales Support : Provide solution insights, documentation, and support for client proposals and pitches.

- Documentation & Handover : Create detailed solution blueprints and hand over clean specs to the implementation team.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 5+ years in solution architecture, product consulting, or enterprise solutioning in SaaS/AI domains.

- Hands-on knowledge of conversational AI, NLP frameworks, bot flows, and automation logic.

- Familiar with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), WhatsApp Business API, and webhooks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to balance client vision with technical constraints.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma (for flow mapping), Postman, Lucidchart, and documentation platforms.

- Bonus : Domain exposure in BFSI, healthcare, automotive, or retail industries.
