LWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technology team. You will play a key role in shaping product architecture, guiding technical development, and mentoring engineers. This role demands both hands-on technical knowledge and strong leadership qualities. You'll be expected to collaborate across functions, ensure delivery quality, and maintain high performance standards throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers

- Own the end-to-end product architecture and deployment strategy

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security protocols

- Align closely with Product and Business teams to meet functional and strategic goals

- Drive Agile development practices and ensure efficient project delivery

- Monitor performance, guide troubleshooting, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Skillset :

- Hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Java

- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Proficient in database design, microservices architecture, and DevOps methodologies

- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
