We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in AI Voice technologies, conversational AI, LLM-based solutions, and end-to-end deployment of voice-driven AI systems. The ideal candidate will work on designing, building, optimizing, and integrating cutting-edge AI voice products and intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop AI voice systems, including speech recognition, speech synthesis (TTS), and natural language understanding (NLU) modules.
- Build and fine-tune LLM-driven conversational flows, intent models, and decision frameworks.
- Implement and optimize ASR, TTS, NLP/NLU pipelines using state-of-the-art models.
- Integrate voice AI capabilities into applications, bots, and workflow engines.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality voice AI solutions.
- Improve accuracy, latency, scalability, and reliability of AI voice models.
- Evaluate new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for voice automation.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Ensure data quality, annotation standards, and model performance metrics.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with significant hands-on work in voice AI technologies.
- Strong experience with :
1. ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition)
2. Text-to-Speech (TTS)
3. NLU/NLP frameworks
4. LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and model deployment.
- Practical experience with voice APIs & tools (Whisper, Amazon Polly, Google Speech, Azure Cognitive
Services, etc.).
- Experience building chatbots/voicebots, conversational AI workflows, or IVR automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture, and optimization skills.
