Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer to lead and execute the migration of existing Angular 2+ applications to Angular 17+ within a Java-based enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Angular frameworks, front-end architecture, and integration with Java backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the migration of legacy Angular 2+ applications to Angular 17+

- Refactor and modernize UI components using latest Angular best practices

- Ensure compatibility with Java backend services (Spring / REST APIs)

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

- Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and QA teams

- Implement responsive UI designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 711 years of overall UI / Frontend development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (2+ to 17+)

- Proven experience in Angular migration projects

Expertise in :

- TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)

- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

- RxJS, NgRx (or other state management)

- Experience working in Java-based environments (Spring Boot, REST APIs)

- Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
