About the Role :

We are looking for an exceptional Java Engineering Lead with strong hands-on coding expertise and the ability to engineer, build, and scale enterprise-grade products. This role requires a technical leader who can define architecture, drive engineering excellence, and actively contribute to development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and build scalable applications using Java and Jakarta EE.

- Engineer cloud-native, microservices-based solutions.

- Lead from the front with hands-on coding and technical decision-making.

- Mentor teams and enforce best practices in design, performance, and quality.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product vision into robust solutions.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Jakarta EE.

- Strong expertise in JPA, CDI, EJB, JAX-RS, and application servers (WebSphere Liberty, Payara, WildFly).

- Experience with microservices, DDD, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
