Job Description

Cyber Training and Awareness Lead

Experience : 3+ Years

Notice Period : 1 Month

Location : Pune

Objectives of this role :

- Design and implement a multi-format (e-learning modules, webinars, meetings, communications, etc.) and multi-level cyber awareness program (company-wide, business unit, function-specific, and leadership-focused).

- Ownership of the annual cyber security training :

Working to identify additional key topics to be refreshed in the annual training program next year
Work with businesses and functions to ensure high level of participation
Review additional corporate training programs to see where cybersecurity subjects need to be enhanced

- Analyze internal phishing campaign data to identify trends and high-risk groups.

- Develop and deliver targeted training for employees who repeatedly fall victim to phishing attempts.

- Establish a regular awareness program that includes activities such as :

Ensuring a monthly awareness article to be included in the IT Newsletter
Create best practice cyber communication that can be shared within and outside IT
Work with other cybersecurity stakeholders to identify additional awareness topics to be shared in the organization.

- Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of cyber awareness initiatives.

- Collaborate with business and functional leaders to customize training content for specific needs.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cyber threats and best practices to ensure training remains relevant, and this would include AI and deep fake activities.

- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data analysis and program outcomes.

- Support the Head of Cyber Governance, Compliance, and Cyber Awareness in strategic planning and execution.

Education and experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Education, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or a related discipline.

- Experience analyzing data and developing metrics-driven programs.

- Previous experience with phishing simulation tools and interpreting campaign results is highly desirable.

- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization is a plus.

Skills and behavioural competencies :

- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) are mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable training.

- Ability to design engaging training materials and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
