Job Role DX Lead Consultant.

Level T3.

Experience 7+ Years.

Responsibilities :

- Deploy UCaaS and CCaaS solutions for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.

- Ability to support On Premise Collab infrastructure (Communications Manager, Unity Connection, UCCX, CER, Expressway, CUBE, etc.

- Utilize tools and platforms for UCaaS and CCaaS deployments, such as Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.

- Provide technical support during cutover activities, including system migrations and upgrades.

- Conduct QA testing to ensure the quality and functionality of deployed solutionsmeet client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to ensure successful deployments.
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

- Actively lead handoff of technicalsolution to Managed Services.

- Keep skills in core technologies up to date.

- Skills in Calabrio, NICE CXone, Zoom CX, DialPad are a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years Experience with deploying UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, including scripting, configuration, and integration.

- Experience deploying and/oradministering enterprise telephonesystems.

- Familiarity of workingwith telecommunications providers.

- Proficiency in using tools and platformsfor UCaaS and CCaaS deployments, such as Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.

- Industry certifications (Cisco, RingCentral, Five9, Zoom, etc.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues during deployments.

- Experience with cutover activities, system migrations, and upgrades.

- Knowledge of QA testing methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Python a plus.
