We're looking for an experienced Director Digital Delivery & Innovation to lead and scale our offshore Professional Services delivery organization.

In this leadership role, you will drive Application Development, App Modernization, DevOps, Data Analytics, QA, AI-driven solutions, and Low Code/No Code platforms, while building high-performing teams and delivering strategic outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and application development initiatives.

- Drive innovation through AI, automation, DevOps, cloud modernization, and Low Code/No Code solutions.

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and delivery teams.

- Partner with clients and North American stakeholders to deliver business value and drive account growth.

- Establish delivery governance, operational excellence, and scalable delivery models.

- Develop Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and enable adoption of emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For :

- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale application development and digital transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in App Modernization, DevOps, Cloud, Data Analytics, QA, and AI solutions.

- Proven success managing client relationships, delivery organizations, and global teams.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio) and modern technology ecosystems.

- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
