We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our tech team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, with hands-on experience in working with scalable web applications. Main responsibility will be ownership of CashKaro and EarnKaros Admin Website, which is critical to our business.

Responsibilities :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code, utilising frameworks such as Laravel, Symphony and Lumen (backend microservices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to maintain high code quality.

- Manage and maintain our tech stack, including PHP, SOLR, Jenkins, and more.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing enhancements to our existing tech stack.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.

Requirements :

- Strong Proficiency in PHP and Frameworks (e. g., Laravel, Symfony, Lumen): Need to be very good with PHP and PHP-based frameworks like Laravel, Symfony and Lumen is ideal.

- Lumen is mainly for API / Microservice building.

- Should have been working on these for the last 5 years minimum.

- Should be able to showcase strong PHP-driven projects.

Mandatory Skills Confirmation :

- Currently working on PHP using frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.

- Strong in SQL and SQL Query optimisation.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in PHP.

- 100% hands-on and not managerial.

- Must be 100% proficient in GIT.
