Your Opportunity :
As a SDET 3, you will play a key role in building internal tools and scalable frameworks that empower engineering teams to ship reliable, high-quality software at speed.
This role goes beyond traditional testingit's about owning platform-level capabilities that support development, automation, and continuous delivery across our products.
You will work on :
- Tools & Framework Development : Build and maintain internal tools for CI/CD, test execution, remote development environments, and observability.
- Design reusable automation frameworks that accelerate development and quality processes.
- Experiment & Innovate with AI & Automation : Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline testing, development and enhance internal tool capabilities.
- Own Test Infrastructure & Developer Experience : Develop scalable infrastructure to support automated testing, local dev tooling, and fast feedback loops.
- Help standardize tooling across teams and ensure it's developer-friendly and efficient.
- Enable Quality at Scale : Define lightweight quality metrics and build systems that support continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering excellencewithout adding friction.
- Mentor & Influence Across Teams : Guide junior SDETs and engineers on testing strategies, tooling best practices, and framework design.
- Act as a technical partner across product and platform teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable internal tools and frameworks.
- Exposure/experience in CI/CD, observability, etc.
- Experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks in the context of testing is a plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical initiatives from concept to adoption.
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Contributions to open-source testing tools or frameworks.
