Description :

What you will do :

- Lead cross-team efforts to improve our frontend and mobile code base across the company and lead platform initiatives.

- Participates in technical design and provides estimation.

- Build modern & rich UI, web and mobile applications, design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries.

- Consistently follows and promotes SDLC best practices : Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments etc.

- You will coach and mentor new team members and actively involved in Code Reviews, and provide feedback.

- Develop and maintain the frontend CI/CD and infrastructure.

Work Experience : 6 to 9 years.

Required skills/experience :

- 6+ years of experience as Frontend/Mobile Developer.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with focus on application/software development.

- You must have experience setting up the full web/mobile workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

- Good architectural & design skills.

- You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture, various JS frameworks, libraries, design patterns, accessibility, performance, etc.

- Expert knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, React, ReactNative ecosystem, and state management.

- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and functional programming.

- Work and collaborate within a team.
