- The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics lifecycle to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage.

- This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

- Data Management and Governance provides direction of data assets and is responsible for data strategy, quality, standards, and service levels.

- Data management acquires, validates, standardizes, enriches, protects and publishes structured, third party and unstructured data for use by the business.

- Governance defines and implements policies, standards and metrics that ensure the effective and efficient use of trusted data and statistical models to support regulatory and business goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in related field, Industry Certifications, and/or work experience

- 4+ years professional experience preferred

- Ability to collect, synthesize, and interpret information from multiple sources as well as provide easy to understand recommendations

- Experience in Data Governance and Quality Technologies (Informatica, SAP, Collibra, others)

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Console, GCS, Dataproc, Big Query, Data Studio) required

- Experience with data management, engineering and analysis leveraging data science tools (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI or similar) and Scripting Languages (Python, SQL, etc.) required

- Strong experience of continuous improvement, Agile, DevSecOps delivery, and continuous learning required

- Strong knowledge of Cardinal Heath business processes and systems preferred

- Presentation, communication, planning skills experience
