Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced WLAN Development Lead with 13+ years of experience in wireless networking product development. The candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions while managing technical teams and driving architecture, performance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of WLAN software/firmware features.

- Drive architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions.

- Develop and enhance Wi-Fi features based on IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).

- Collaborate with product management, QA, and support teams for successful product releases.

- Debug and resolve complex WLAN, networking, and performance issues.

- Mentor engineers and lead technical delivery across multiple projects.

- Drive innovation, optimization, and adoption of best development practices.

Required Skills :

- WLAN : Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, Roaming (802.11r/k/v), Mesh, QoS, MU-MIMO, OFDMA.

- Networking : TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, Routing & Switching.

- Development : C, C++, Linux, Embedded Systems, Multithreading.

- Debugging : Wireshark, Protocol Analysis, Performance Tuning.

- Scripting/Automation : Python, Shell Scripting, Git, Jenkins.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

- 13+ years of experience in WLAN/Wireless Networking Development.

- 5+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.

- Experience with enterprise WLAN products, Access Points, Controllers, and Cloud-managed Wi-Fi solutions.

Preferred Certifications :

- CWNA, CWAP, CCNP Enterprise Wireless.
