Job Title : Senior Developer SharePoint Online

Location : Pune

Role overview :

Need a builder who can turn the guest access blueprint into reality automating provisioning, enforcing policy, and integrating with our control plane.

What youll do :

- Develop request/approval/provisioning flows with Power Automate/Logic Apps/Azure Functions.

- Implement site templates and PnP provisioning (policies, sharing boundaries, sensitivity labels).

- Integrate with ServiceNow/JIRA for approvals and audit trails.

- Automate Access Reviews, entitlement packages, and JIT access using Graph API/PowerShell.

- Enforce Conditional Access and sharing policies via configuration baselines.

- Build telemetry and dashboards (KQL/M365 usage) for control health.

- Maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Bitbucket), tests, and release governance, support escalations and RCAs.

- Produce deployment guides and runbooks; deliver KT to operations.

What youll bring :

- Hands on SPO dev/admin : SPFx, PnP Framework/PowerShell, CSOM, Graph API.

- Azure Functions/Logic Apps, secure APIs, and scripting (PowerShell).

- Familiarity with Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Access Reviews, PIM.

- Working knowledge of Purview sensitivity labels/DLP.

- Solid C#/TypeScript and Agile tooling (JIRA/Bitbucket/Artifactory).
