Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across various business functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various data visualization tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, or R.

- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical needs.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address urgent business questions and support rapid decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses.

- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior management.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in a dedicated Data Analyst role.

- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).

- Proficient in at least one scripting language for data analysis (Python or R).

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

- Experience with various database systems (relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).

- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

- Experience in a specific industry vertical (Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare).
