- Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft development with solid understanding of the technology stack.

- Work closely with Product Owners and Leads to design, develop, and maintain solutions aligned to customer needs.

- Deliver assigned tasks on schedule while meeting defined quality standards.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross functional stakeholders to understand requirements, refine user stories, and deliver high quality output.

- Participate in daily stand ups and provide timely updates.

- Evaluate new features, technologies, or components and conduct PoCs to validate feasibility.

- Contribute to practice growth initiativesinterviews, training, mentoring, and operational activities.

- Support proposal creation and proposal defence for practice/account growth.

- Provide delivery support for technical issues, escalations, reviews, and production deployment.

- Create and maintain documentation for operational tasks, procedures, and automation.

- Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and implement workarounds as required.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise :

- 8+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Middleware, Mule ESB, and SOA concepts; experience designing Mule interfaces.

- Solid understanding of XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, XSD, and RDBMS.

- Mandatory technical skills: Mule ESB, SOA, JSON, XSD, XML

- On prem experience is mandatory

- Proven experience in designing and developing complex MuleSoft use cases.

- Strong governance mindsetensure adherence to Mule best practices, guardrails, and API delivery model.

- MuleSoft certification preferred.

- Good knowledge of MuleSoft Administration and monitoring.
